Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
During high-volume periods such as product launches or holidays, please allow an extra 1–3 business days for processing.

We currently ship Australia-wide from our NSW distribution centre.

Express Shipping
・Flat rate: $14.95 AUD
・Delivery time: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or trusted courier partners with full tracking provided.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or remote locations.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we always do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Care team at SKNNaus@outlook.com and we’ll assist you with an investigation through the courier.
