At SKNN , we take pride in creating premium skincare products formulated with care and precision. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love every product you receive.

Change of Mind

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.
If your item is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery at SKNNaus@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will happily replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Allergic Reactions

Our products are formulated with gentle, high-quality ingredients; however, skin sensitivities can vary. We recommend performing a patch test before first use.
If you experience a reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us at SKNNaus@outlook.com. Refunds for allergic reactions are considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting photos or documentation.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
